Commentaire : L'hôtel est très plaisant (deuxième séjour), très bien desservi par le métro ou les bus et très propre.
Un petit effort pour l'accueil serait appréciable , un peu froid cette fois-ci.

Commentaire : I would rate this hotel as "excellent" except that at check-out I was presented a bill in euros, then without being asked, I was charged in American dollars, at extra cost to me. I should have been asked, at which time I would have refused and paid in euros as I have no conversion fee on my credit card.

Commentaire : A great hotel, very close to the on off bus' third stop. Staff was great, free wireless in the lobby was great also. We will stay here on our next visit. Go fpr the superior room, the view of the Effiel tower is worth the extra charge.

Commentaire : Highly recommend this hotel! It's in a great location, the staff are all very friendly and the rooms are gorgeous.... worth paying the extra for a superior room as we had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from room 55.

Commentaire : Excelente atencion. Los servicios son buenos. La habitacion es pequeña pero comoda. El baño es de muy buen tamaño. Hay una estacion de metro cercana que permite tener buen desplazamiento por la ciudad.

Commentaire : Excellent location close to Metro, supermarket, pharmacy and numerous restaurants. We really appreciated the free use of the internet in the foyer.
Reception staff were very helpful and approachable and they all spoke very good English.

Commentaire : For a three-star hotel, it is grossly overpriced, with breakfast not included. Aslo, the TV was not working properly and could not be fixed. The staff, who were charming, explained that this was because the hotel had just been refurbished, and the TV was still malfunctioning in all rooms. I think a discount should have been offered.

Commentaire : The welcoming was lovely and the location is ideal; however, the only problem is that when we arrived at the hotel, the floor we stayed on was under construction. I walked off the elevator and thought I was in a construction zone. I mentioned this feedback to the front office and they stated to me that it was posted on their website. I researched many hotels and found this property to be appropriate for our needs. I looked upon this hotel's website many times and never saw anything about a renovation. A phone call or an e-mail would have been considerate considering the price we paid to stay at that property at that time of year. Overall, the hotel is lovely, the location is perfect and my requests to have a view of the Eiffel Tower were accomidated. I would recommend this hotel again; however, the consideration is the key to their success.

Commentaire : I was a bit letdown by the size of the room and the bathroom. However, Estelle went above and beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. I would recommend the hotel mainly because of her.
